Partner Ronald Cheng will discuss “Trying Trade Secrets: Stories from the Trenches” at the 2018 NAPABA Convention in Chicago on November 9. Cheng, a former Assistant US Attorney in the Computer Crimes and Intellectual Property Crimes Section in the Los Angeles US Attorney’s Office, will moderate a panel discussing criminal trade secret enforcement trends and the issues they present.
Co-located in Hong Kong and Los Angeles, Cheng focuses on anti-corruption and data security and privacy matters. He is one of very few Mandarin-speaking attorneys with experience in both US and Chinese criminal law enforcement.
