O’Melveny counsel Rachel Cronin participated in the National Association of College and University Attorneys webinar, “Inside a Clery Act Audit,” on March 27, 2018. The webinar discussed the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, which requires colleges and universities participating in federal financial aid programs to maintain and disclose campus crime statistics and security information, and what to expect from a Clery Act audit.
Cronin focuses her practice on employment-related actions, including employment classification, and wage and hour litigation. As an extension of that practice, Rachel has substantial experience with issues arising under Title VII and Title IX.
