O'Melveny partner Marty Dunn (DC) will be moderating a panel with Meredith B. Cross, the Director of the SEC's Division of Corporation Finance, on “Small Business Capital Formation Issues Not Addressed by the JOBS Act” at the SEC's Government-Business Forum on Small Business Capital Formation.
