O’Melveny partner Bob Eccles (DC) will speak at PLI’s Pension Plan Investments 2011: Current Perspectives, to be held on April 5, 2011. Eccles and other experienced practitioners, together with senior representatives of the Department of Labor, will give their perspectives, and illuminate issues, on current topics and recent developments in the area of pension investment law.
Panelists will discuss the following topics:
- Department of Labor perspectives on developments relating to prohibited transaction exemptions, and compliance and litigation priorities
