Interrupting Implicit Bias

This program will first survey the social science of implicit biases with an emphasis on real-world consequences within the workplace and legal community. Building on that foundation, the program will then turn to a discussion of concrete strategies and actions that individuals can immediately implement to counter these implicit social cognitions in a meaningful way.
