Jones to Speak at Real Estate Law and Business Forum3月 25, 2009
O'Melveny partner Evan Jones will be speaking at USC Law School's "2009 Real Estate Law and Business Forum" on March 25 at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles. Jones' session, entitled "Important Leasing Issues in Today's Economy," will focus on the following topics: issues relating to lease disputes; lease terminations; subleasing; credit enhancements; and tenant insolvencies. He will be joined by Tony Natsis of Allen, Matkins and Michael E. Meyer from DLA Piper. Evan's portion will focus on insolvency issues in Leasehold interests. Associate Michael Heinrichs assisted in preparing materials.
