Joshi Discusses Employment Law Issues Impacting LGBTQ Employees at SABA Convention

O’Melveny partner Aparna Joshi will speak at the South Asian Bar Association of North America’s (SABA) 14th Annual Convention on July 15 in Washington, DC.
Joshi will participate in the “Workplace Issues and Legal Developments Impacting LGBTQ Employees” panel, which will discuss workplace issues facing the lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) community, and current developments in the law on the federal and state level regarding the community’s workplace protections.
Based in O’Melveny’s Washington, DC office, Joshi represents employers in federal court litigation under the Railway Labor Act, as well as in labor arbitrations, mediations, negotiations, and proceedings involving labor representation issues before the National Mediation Board and the National Labor Relations Board.
