Kirman, Hacker to Present at Pharmaceutical Compliance ForumSeptember 1, 2016
O’Melveny partners David Kirman and Jonathan Hacker will present on recent and significant legal developments impacting the life sciences industry at the western Pharmaceutical Compliance Forum (PCF) meeting, which will be held September 1, 2016, at Actelion Pharmaceuticals in San Francisco. Their presentation will focus on Supreme Court and COA decisions.

Based in Century City, Kirman is a trial lawyer who draws on his experience as a former federal prosecutor to represent clients in government investigations, prosecutions, and business disputes. Hacker chairs O’Melveny’s Supreme Court and Appellate Practice and is based in the firm's Washington, DC office. He has argued five cases in the US Supreme Court and appeals in nearly every federal circuit.
