Landy to Speak at Stanford Law Directors' CollegeJune 22, 2009
O'Melveny partner Meredith Landy will be a featured speaker at the Stanford Law School Directors’ College on June 22. At the Directors’ College, Landy will participate in breakout panel discussions covering Special Investigations on both Monday, June 22 and Tuesday, June 23. The panel will discuss when and how special investigations should be conducted, how directors should respond to external allegations, and other key issues for directors to consider in preparing for the potentiality of a special investigation.
