Longo to Speak on "Rule 502: Implementing and Maintaining Records Retention"

July 15, 2009

O'Melveny partner and Electronic Discovery and Document Retention Practice Co-Chair Amy Longo will be a featured speaker for "Rule 502: Implementing and Maintaining Records Retention," a live webinar hosted by The Knowledge Congress. The two-hour program will take place on July 15 from 12:00 - 2:00 pm EDT.

Longo's segment will cover the courts' narrow interpretation of Federal Rule of Evidence 502 in cases such as Rhoads, Relion, and Alcon; the remaining obstacles to litigants' realization of the promised cost savings of Rule 502; and designing defensible privilege reviews. Her fellow speakers include David Shonka, Principal Deputy General Counsel, Federal Trade Commission, and Frederick Borchardt, Partner, Leader, National Records Risk Management Service Line, KPMG LLP.
