O’Melveny partner David Makarechian served on the panel, “Best Practices in Internet and Mobile Mergers & Acquisitions,” at the 15th Annual Stanford E-Commerce Best Practices Conference, which was held June 11, 2018, at Stanford Law School.
The panel explored such subjects as understanding the mechanics of an M&A transaction, how to run an efficient due diligence process, being prepared for antitrust concerns, and intellectual property and privacy considerations.
