On February 26, O’Melveny will host a lunch seminar focusing on recent developments and topics relevant to US companies engaged in or with exposure to disputes in Asia.
Hong Kong-based Denis Brock, the Chair of O’Melveny’s International Disputes and Arbitration Practice and the regional head of the firm’s Asia Litigation Practice, will lead a conversation on strategies for dispute management. He will discuss recent international developments strengthening the role of mediation in cross-border disputes, examine the advantages of arbitration (including choice of arbitral institutions), and highlight developments in Mainland China, including interim relief to US parties from Mainland courts.
