Managing Partial Liquidity – A Map Through the MinefieldSeptember 12, 2018
O’Melveny partner Paul Sieben will speak on the panel, “Managing Partial Liquidity – A Map through the Minefield,” at The Emerging Manager Venture Summit in San Francisco on September 12, 2018.
As noted in the event agenda, “spiraling costs of living, rapidly escalating salaries, and companies staying private longer are combining to put pressure on corporate Boards and management teams to find creative approaches to meet the compensation needs of private companies.” Sieben and his fellow panelists will discuss specific examples of how companies are managing this process and share their tips and best practices.
The Head of O’Melveny’s Silicon Valley office, Sieben represents all stages of technology companies, as well as numerous venture capital firms and investment banks. His practice is focused on corporate and securities law, and he has extensive experience representing companies and investors in venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, early liquidity transactions, spin-offs and buyouts, recapitalizations, public equity offerings, and private debt transactions.
