McKeen to speak at 9th Annual San Francisco Class Action Litigation ConferenceAugust 12-13, 2010
O'Melveny counsel Liz McKeen (NB) will speak at Bridgeport Continuing Education's Ninth Annual Class Action Litigation Conference, to be held August 12-13 at the Marriot Marquis San Francisco. This two-day seminar will cover the latest developments in federal and California class actions law, as well as procedural advice from leaders in the field. The conference is designed to give both practicing attorneys and in-house counsel in-depth knowledge of each step in the process of litigating class actions, with an emphasis on the procedural rules and practice.
Liz will be speaking on whether remedial measures should be taken at the onset of class action litigation and, if so, the impact on the defense strategy.
