Companies must always be prepared to prevent and respond to complaints of sexual harassment—whether formally reported or not. In today’s political and cultural environments, a company’s ability to do this so capably and with full knowledge of the law is critical.
During this presentation, we will discuss the legal framework applicable to workplace sexual harassment and related forms of discrimination. With this framework in mind, we will discuss how Bank of America can utilize and expand upon existing diversity and inclusion initiatives to mitigate legal risks associated with workplace sexual harassment and other forms of discrimination.
