O’Melveny counsel Russell (“Russ”) McGlothlin will be a panelist at the upcoming “Navigating SGMA Groundwater Allocations & Minimizing Legal Risk” webinar hosted by Environmental Defense Fund, which will discuss one of the biggest challenges to implementing California’s Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA).
This virtual event will feature a panel presentation with the authors of the law review journal article “The Sustainable Groundwater Management Act and the Common Law of Groundwater Rights — Finding a Consistent Path Forward for Groundwater Allocation,” followed by a live discussion with the audience on navigating SGMA allocations and groundwater law.
