O'Melveny to Host American Constitution Society Roundtable

O'Melveny's Los Angeles office will host "Making Your Best Case: Strategy and Technique for Effective Courtroom Argument," a roundtable discussion sponsored by the Los Angeles Chapter of the American Constitution Society (ACS). O'Melveny partner Jeremy Maltby (LA) will be joined by the Honorable Kim M. Wardlaw (Judge, US Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit), the Honorable Dean D. Pregerson (Judge, US District Court, Central District of California), and Theodore J. Boutrous, Jr. (Partner, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP). The panel will discuss strategic approaches to oral argument, focusing on how litigators can most effectively make their cases in both trial and appellate courts. O'Melveny associate Robert Silvers (LA), who is co-chair of the ACS Los Angeles Lawyer Chapter, will moderate the discussion.
