O'Melveny's Labor and Employment practice will host a series of programs titled, "Precedents and Predictions: A Review of 2009's Significant Labor and Employment Law Developments and What to Expect in 2010." The seminars will provide employers with a current and thorough understanding of the legal changes in labor and employment law, and the practical impact of those changes. Attorneys from the Labor and Employment group will analyze critical labor and employment case law from 2009; recent legislative changes impacting the workplace; and the most significant pending labor and employment legislation and cases.
