O’Melveny Data Security & Privacy partner Kiran Raj, former deputy general counsel of the Department of Homeland Security, is speaking at the MedTech Intelligence Conference in Washington, DC, on March 24, 2017. The conference is entitled, “Medical Device Cybersecurity: Design, Oversight, Risk Mitigation & Containment.”
Raj’s panel, “Government Roles and Support,” will focus on how medical device manufacturers can work with the government on cybersecurity issues and practical steps companies should take in this space.
