O'Rourke and Diamond to Speak at 20th Annual Golden State Institute10月 21, 2010
O'Melveny partners Ken O'Rourke (LA) and Charles Diamond (CC) will be speaking at the California State Bar Association’s 20th Annual Golden State Antitrust & Unfair Competition Law Institute, to be held on October 21 at the Westin St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco.
O'Rourke will be speaking on a panel entitled “Settlement issues in Complex Litigation,” covering issues that commonly arise in negotiating and approving settlements of antitrust class actions and other complex litigation with multiple competing or conflicting interests.
Diamond will be speaking on the “Hot Topics” panel, discussing current hot topics in antitrust litigation, including government enforcement, class certification standards, application of the Foreign Trade Antitrust Improvements Act (FTAIA), and single-firm conduct issues including the Intel litigation.
