Parker to Speak at the ABA Antitrust Section, Fall ForumNovember 8, 2012
O’Melveny & Myers LLP partner and Chair of the Firm's Antitrust and Competition Practice Richard Parker will be speaking at the American Bar Association’s 2012 Antitrust Fall Forum in Washington, DC on November 8, 2012.
Parker will be speaking on a panel entitled, “The Role of the Federal Courts in Antitrust Enforcement.” The panel will be moderated by the Honorable Douglas H. Ginsburg, Senior Judge, United States Court of Appeals, District of Columbia Circuit.
