Roundtable: Mainstreaming ESG: What Difference Does It Make? And How?

February 3, 2023

O’Melveny partner Jarryd Anderson will participate in a panel discussion at NYU School of Law Institute for Corporate Governance and Finance’s annual Roundtable event. The program features four panel discussions covering corporate culture, board diversity, asset management, and the SEC’s climate disclosure release, bringing together a mix of practitioners – legal and business – and academics, as well as a handful of NYU law students.

Jarryd will serve as a commentator following the presentation of the academic paper, “Board Diversity Matters: An Empirical Assessment Of Community Lending At Federal Reserve-Regulated Banks,” authored by Peter Conti-Brown, Brian Feinstein, and Kaleb Nygaard.
