O'Melveny partners Robert Siegel (LA) and Chris Hollinger (SF) will speak at ALI-ABA's Airline and Railroad Labor and Employment Law: A Comprehensive Analysis, to be held June 9-11 in Washington, DC. Faculty will discuss emerging issues affecting airline and railroad labor relations, including: modification of National Mediation Board voting procedures, the impact of post-9/11 security concerns on airline and railroad workplaces, outcomes of airline and railroad reorganizations in Bankruptcy Court, airline and railroad mergers and acquisitions and their effect on labor organizations, the extraterritorial application of U.S. employment and safety laws, and foreign ownership of interests in U.S. carriers.
