Siegel, Joshi, Hollinger to Speak at Airline and Railroad Labor and Employment Law 2017April 27, 2017
O’Melveny partners Robert Siegel, Aparna Joshi, and Chris Hollinger will speak at the Airline and Railroad Labor and Employment Law 2017 conference in Washington, DC, on April 27 and 28. In addition to examining labor-management relations, the conference will explore the relationship among employees, their unions, their employers, and governmental and judicial regulation.
Siegel, who co-chairs O’Melveny’s Aviation Industry Group, will speak on several panels within the “Bargaining, Mediation, Status Quo, and Work Stoppages” and “Interest Arbitration and Grievance Procedures, Judicial Enforcement, and International Issues” tracks.
DC-based partner Joshi will be a panelist in the “Election Campaigns” and “Recent Developments: Discussion of Emerging Issues” discussions.
Hollinger will join Joshi on the “Election Campaigns” and “Recent Developments: Discussion of Emerging Issues” panels, and will also participate in the “Mergers and Consolidations, Litigation Trends, and Bankruptcy Issues” track.
