O’Melveny partners Amy Siegel and Hale Boggs will serve as panelists at “The Future of Television,” a leading conference in the television industry. The event will take place on September 24 at The Museum of Jewish Heritage in New York City.
Siegel, managing partner of the firm’s Century City office, will participate in the panel, “View From the Top: TV & Entertainment Industry Dealmakers Roundtable.” The discussion will cover topics including present-day deals, the effects of media consolidation, and the future of the video business.
Boggs is a panelist on “Investing and M&A in Video Innovation & Technologies.” Composed of current investors in digital media companies, the panel will discuss the latest investment trends, valuations, and recent deal flow with a focus on video innovation and technologies, as well as how to approach content investments, among other topics.
