Hae-in Park, counsel in O’Melveny’s Seoul office, represents Korean and multinational clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, preferred stock financings and initial public offerings. Hae-in has built a reputation as a trusted advisor, especially to Korea-based entities in tackling their most important cross-border legal matters.  

Prior to joining O’Melveny, Hae-in was an associate in the Seoul and Tokyo offices of two major U.S. law firms. Prior to that, Hae-in was an associate foreign attorney at a large Korean law firm.

Hae-in earned her J.D. at Harvard Law School.
