Pro Bono
In 2022, nearly 90% of our US lawyers participated in pro bono matters, devoting almost 64,000 hours to those efforts. That averages more than 90 pro bono hours per lawyer and equals 5.7% of the firm’s total billable output. 
 
Social Responsibility
O’Melveny encourages our lawyers and business professionals to engage in activities that strengthen our social fabric and our communities. Whether the cause is access to education or equal justice, supporting environmental sustainability, or helping veterans, among many others, volunteerism is a firm-wide shared core value.
 
Public Service
