ABA: Demystifying the Antitrust Whistleblower Program

June 9, 2026

O’Melveny partner Lauren Weinstein will be moderating a panel discussion titled, ‘Demystifying the Antitrust Whistleblower Program’ for the American Bar Association. Following the recent launch of a whistleblower program by the DOJ Antitrust Division that will provide amnesty to those who report violations of the antitrust laws under certain circumstances, the panelists will answer participants questions about the new program, including what conduct it covers, how to submit, and the awards granted under the program so far.

Lauren Weinstein has extensive experience in high-stakes antitrust litigation, representing clients before the United States Supreme Court, the federal courts of appeals, and state and federal trial courts nationwide. She previously served as Co-Chair of the ABA Section of Litigation’s Antitrust Litigation Committee for three years and currently serves as a Division Director within the ABA Litigation Section, where she is responsible for the Antitrust Litigation Committee.
