O’Melveny counsel Patrick Brophy has been named to the Chambers UK “Up and Coming” list for Asset Finance: Aviation Finance.
A counsel in O’Melveny’s Corporate Finance and Aviation Groups, Patrick focuses primarily on cross-border aviation and corporate financing, structured financing and securitization, syndicated and bilateral lending, capital markets, general corporate banking and governance, and aircraft leasing and trading opportunities, including representation of aircraft and engine leasing companies, trustees, banks, institutional investors and private equity funds. Before joining O’Melveny, he was Associate Vice President (Legal) at an aircraft lessor based in Dublin.
