Law360: Are Attorneys Happy On The Job?

O’Melveny & Myers LLP was ranked #6 on Law360’s list of “Most Desired Firms,” which is part of the publication’s Lawyer Satisfaction Survey. Respondents of the survey were asked to rate their firms based on multiple factors, including compensation, billable hours, opportunities for advancement, and collegiality, as well as report levels of satisfaction with stress, work-life balance, and financial stability. The survey received 1,247 responses from US-based attorneys, of whom 429 were associates, 166 were nonequity partners, 427 were equity partners, 121 were of counsel, and 104 were staff attorneys or other law firm attorneys.
