O’Melveny partner and head of the firm’s Life Science Litigation practice Lisa Pensabene has been named to Managing IP’s “Top Women in IP” list, which recognizes senior IP practitioners who consistently go above and beyond for their clients and firms. As a first chair trial lawyer, Pensabene has led major pharmaceutical and chemical patent litigations in bench and jury trials, and arguments on appeal. She specializes in pharmaceutical patent litigation with her experience spanning treatment of cancers, HIV, immunological disorders, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, neurological disorders, ophthalmic disorders, and pain.
