NEW YORK—May 1, 2026— O’Melveny partner Matthew Kremer has been named to Turnarounds & Workouts’ 2026 list of “Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyers.” The highly selective list recognizes the achievements of twelve restructuring lawyers under 40 years of age who led significant matters in the past year.
Kremer represents debtors, private credit lenders, creditors’ committees, and ad-hoc creditor groups in a variety of distressed situations, including chapter 11 reorganizations, out-of-court debt restructurings, acquisitions of distressed companies, debtor-in-possession financings, and other corporate reorganizations. He has extensive experience in restructurings across a variety of industries, including retail, energy, hospitality, transportation, and municipal debt restructurings.
