O’Melveny Ranks #2 in Vault’s “Best Law Firms To Work For” Survey, Claims Top-Three Spot for Unprecedented 12th Consecutive Year

NEW YORK—April 15, 2026— O’Melveny extended its long-running streak in the top ranks of Vault’s annual survey of law firm associates, claiming the #2 spot in the “Best Law Firms to Work For” category. This marks the 12th year in a row that O’Melveny has been named one of the nation’s top-three “Best Law Firms To Work For”—an industry record.
O’Melveny secured #1 rankings in the “Firm Culture,” “Satisfaction,” “Wellness,” and “Pro Bono” subcategories. These quality-of-life rankings reflect O’Melveny’s continuing, holistic efforts to understand and support the needs and goals of its people.
Vault also ranked O’Melveny #1 in the “Overall Inclusion” category, underscoring the firm’s commitment to cultivating an environment where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and empowered to thrive.
