NEW YORK—September 1, 2026—O’Melveny ranked #3 for associate satisfaction in The American Lawyer’s 2026 Midlevel Associates Survey of 60 law firms nationwide—marking the firm’s fourth straight year in the top three and 12th consecutive appearance in the top four.

The American Lawyer Midlevel Associates Survey adds to the recent wave of accolades that the firm has garnered.
