O’Melveny took the #7 spot on The American Lawyer’s 2023 A-List, which recognizes firms based on a combination of factors: revenue per lawyer, pro bono commitment, associate satisfaction, racial diversity and gender diversity, with RPL and pro bono given double weight. This is the 12th straight year that O’Melveny has been featured on the list, and it’s the firm’s eleventh time in the top 10 over the past 12 years.
