O’Melveny was featured in The American Lawyer’s June 25 edition of its Litigator of the Week “Runners-Up and Shout-Outs” column. The publication highlighted the O’Melveny team that defended Chubb insurance affiliates Federal and ACE American in a breach of contract dispute with FICO. Federal jurors awarded FICO just US$3.725 million, which is less than the US$15 million FICO was requesting in a damages-only copyright damages retrial in the long-running litigation. The O’Melveny team included partners Leah Godesky and Anton Metlitsky, senior counsel Daryn Rush, counsel Zachary Dekel, and associates Elizabeth Marley, Gillian Hawley, and Zachary Meeker.
