US District Judge Laura Taylor Swain approved a roughly US$188 million settlement between the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority and Cobra Acquisitions LLC to end claims against the utility for work stemming from Hurricane Maria. The Puerto Rico Fiscal Agency & Financial Advisory Authority and the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority are represented by John J. Rapisardi of O’Melveny & Myers LLP.
