New York Law Journal: NYSBA Launches Task Force Aimed at 'Preserving Diversity' in Wake of SCOTUS Rejection of Affirmative Action

The New York State Bar Association has launched the “blue-ribbon” task force in order to “develop strategies” to help “preserve diversity” on campuses and in workplaces. The task force was formed after the US Supreme Court’s recent decision rejecting affirmative action at colleges and universities. Brad Butwin, chair of O’Melveny & Myers LLP, is a member of the task force.
