Leading global investment firm KKR has made a significant minority investment in Quick Quack Car Wash, one of the largest and fastest-growing express format car wash operators in the US Backed by Seidler Equity Partners LP, the company operates more than 230 locations across California, Arizona, Colorado, Texas, and Utah. Financial details have not been disclosed. The O’Melveny team advising Quick Quack and Seidler was led by O’Melveny’s Nikole M. Kingston, Adam Ackerman, and Ashley Thurman.
