O’Melveny chair Bradley Butwin has been re-elected to a fourth term as firm chair beginning in February 2025. While the firm experienced a slight 3.6% decrease in revenue in 2023, Butwin noted that the numbers hardly tell the whole story. “This year was very much about integrating our new lawyers into major matters across our platform and leveraging that platform,” Butwin said. “Our expansions have proved quite fruitful. Many of our most important client partnerships grew in both volume and breadth. We’re really just starting to realize the potential that our strong platform can deliver; we’re well-positioned to do big things in the coming years.”
