O’Melveny & Myers LLP hired real estate finance lawyer Malcolm K. Montgomery as a partner in New York in the firm’s Project Development and Real Estate Practice Group. Montgomery, who started his career at O’Melveny, joined from Shearman & Sterling LLP, where he served as the global head of the real estate practice. He focuses on domestic and cross-border investment and finance, and leveraged lending and bank finance for REITs and other real estate companies.
