O’Melveny Advises on US$370 Million Share Placement for Time Interconnect Technology

HONG KONG—May 20, 2026—O’Melveny represented Macquarie Capital Limited, as overall coordinator, sole placing agent, and sole capital market intermediary, in the share placement for Time Interconnect Technology Limited (“Company”, 1729.HK) under the general issuance mandate. The Company placed 138,096,000 new shares at HK$21.00 per placing share, raising gross proceeds of approximately HK$2.9 billion (approximately US$370 million).
The placement was announced on May 11, 2026 and completed on May 19, 2026. The company indicated the proceeds will be used primarily for expanding global business, strengthening balance sheet, funding strategic investments and acquisitions, and other general corporate purposes.
The O’Melveny team was led by partners Ke Geng and Ke Zhu. The core team members included counsel Edward Poon and trainee solicitor Bianca Cheng. Partner Vincent Wang and China associate Jie Lian also made valuable contributions.
In February of this year, O’Melveny also represented Macquarie Capital Limited in the approximate US$210 million share placement for the Company.
