O’Melveny Expands Its Public Company Advisory Team with Experienced Corporate Advisor Andra Troy

NEW YORK—July 21, 2025—O’Melveny announced today that experienced public company advisor and capital markets lawyer Andra Troy has joined the firm’s New York office as a partner in the Public Company Advisory Practice. Her arrival bolsters the team’s East Coast capabilities and expands its formidable nationwide roster of trusted corporate practitioners.
For nearly 15 years, Troy has advised public and private companies and their boards on corporate governance, public reporting, and shareholder matters. She also works with pre-IPO and emerging growth companies and their backers to prepare the companies, their boards, and management teams for life as a publicly traded entity.
Troy comes to O’Melveny from Latham & Watkins, where she was counsel in that firm’s Public Company Representation Practice. Previously she served in-house as senior counsel for reporting and public disclosure at McDonald’s Corporation, where she handled corporate governance concerns, SEC filings, and investor relations matters.

And Troy is the 40th lateral partner to join the firm since 2023, including 24 corporate partners.
Troy earned her J.D. cum laude from Fordham University School of Law and her B.A. cum laude from New York University.
