O’Melveny Represents Hospital Group BenQ BM Holding in Approximately US$80 Million Hong Kong IPO

HONG KONG—December 22, 2025—O’Melveny represented BenQ BM Holding Cayman Corp. (“BenQ Holding”, 2581.HK) in its initial public offering and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The total offering size was approximately HK$625 million (approximately US$80 million). O’Melveny acted as BenQ Holding’s Hong Kong and U.S. counsel.

BenQ Holding is the largest private for-profit general hospital group in East China by revenue as of 2024. The group currently operates two hospitals: Nanjing BenQ Hospital, which ranks as the third largest private for-profit general hospital in China by revenue, and Suzhou BenQ Hospital.

The transaction marks the firm’s second Hong Kong IPO for a medical institution this year, following Bayzed Health Group’s offering in June.

CICC and Citigroup acted as joint sponsors. Other underwriters included CTBC Bank, Futu Securities, Livermore Holdings, TradeGo Markets, UOB Kay Hian Limited, among others.
