Bloomberg Law: Dallas Prosecutor Sid Mody Jumps to O’Melveny White Collar Team

Former federal prosecutor Sid Mody has joined O’Melveny & Myers LLP as a partner in Dallas in the firm’s White Collar Defense & Corporate Investigations Practice Group. Mody was formerly a first-chair trial lawyer in the US Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Texas where he prosecuted cryptocurrency, cyberfraud, ransomware, and hacking cases. Mody also joined O’Melveny’s Fintech, National Security, and Data Security & Privacy Groups.
