Bloomberg Law: Ex-USPTO Acting Deputy Director Joins O’Melveny in Washington

Coke Morgan Stewart has joined O’Melveny as senior counsel in Washington, DC in the firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology Practice Group. Stewart, who served as acting deputy under secretary of commerce for intellectual property, acting deputy director at the US Patent & Trademark Office, and deputy attorney general for the Commonwealth of Virginia, will advise clients on intellectual property matters, including litigation, Patent Trial and Appeal Board matters, and appeals to the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
