Bloomberg Law: Ex-Biden Chief of Staff Ron Klain Returns to O’Melveny Law Firm

Ron Klain, the former chief of staff to President Joe Biden, has re-joined O’Melveny & Myers LLP as a partner in its Litigation Department and will lead the firm’s Strategic Counseling and Crisis Management Practice. Klain was previously a partner at O’Melveny from 1999 to 2004 and will also sit on the firm’s Executive Committee. At O’Melveny, Klain will advise clients on a range of litigation and policy issues, including controversies over environmental, social, and governance matters.
