Bloomberg Law: Kentucky Abortion Ban, West Virginia Criminal Law Suits Advance

A Kentucky judge has blocked the state from enforcing a trigger ban on abortions beginning at about six weeks into pregnancy, saying it is unconstitutionally vague, likely violates the Kentucky Constitution’s right to liberty and self-determination, and violates the state constitution’s equal protection clause and religious clauses.
