Bloomberg Law: O’Melveny Adds Capital Markets Partner Michelle Earley in Texas

Capital markets lawyer Michelle Earley has joined O’Melveny as a partner in its Austin office. Earley handles corporate and securities matters for public and private companies and focuses on securities offerings, public disclosures, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. She was previously co-chair of the capital markets practice and diversity and inclusion committee at Locke Lord. Earley’s move contributes to O’Melveny’s growing presence in Texas, where the firm launched offices in Dallas and Austin last year.
