Greg Campbell has joined O’Melveny & Myers LLP as a partner in the firm’s Corporate Finance Practice Group in London. Campbell advises public and private companies, banks, and private equity and credit funds, and focuses on cross-border acquisitions and leveraged finance, restructuring, and distressed and special-situations transactions as well as regulatory concerns.
